Digital literacy means knowing how to use digital tools well and with care. It includes finding and checking information. We also use these skills to create and share work. Knowing how to open an app is only one part of understanding how it works and what it asks of you.
Why it matters
Online content can inform or mislead, and messages asking for personal details may be scams. Check who is behind a source and compare important claims before sharing them.
