Hello everyone - not sure why your friend had that problem Tim - might have been a very temporary server issue. I've confirmed that all videos are loading fine! Please e-mail us if you have an issue with a video that continues for more than a minute or two.

To answer Tealah's question about 18 - unfortunately this trip is only open for those 18 due to insurance and liability issues, but you can still participate in the main DeforestAction project at www.deforestaction.org - hope to see you there!

okay, I think I may have uploaded the wrong clip when doing this but I have no idea. Its still not up either. does anyone know how I could find out? Cheers all.

Ok so I just uploaded my clip, but it says that there are errors and cannot load. Im going to send an email to try and sort this out.

Hi everyone,

Apologies for the issue - we identified some submissions that had an administrative flag changed incorrectly that was restricting their viewing. We've fixed the issue and all entries are now viewable without problems! This problem was only for the last 36-48 hours, so it wouldn't have affected videos before then.

Julie, you can see the ratings on the video page but votes are not public at the moment. However, we'll be selecting winners on a broad mix of votes, ratings, views, member profile, media outreach effort, and participation on the DeforestAction site, so voting is only one part of the equation!

Hi there, just want to check that once you have uploaded the video from youtube and clicked 'submit', it's definitely submitted if on your profile it says you can 'edit submission'? Maybe a silly question, but I just want to be absolutely sure it's submitted before I wait for the 48hours to pass :)

If "someone" has favored your artwork, how do you find out who that "someone" is?? I keep getting emails that say that...

Thanks thasso, but I think it's differet..we don't get emails when people vote, I've had heaps regarding people that have left comments, but I've had 2 now saying "someone has favoured your artwork" just interested to know who these mysterious people are LOL! :) Fleur

Fleur, you need to go to the top of this window and click "My TIG" and on the left check "Bulleting board" and you will see who rated your video.
