Art. Perspective. Possibility.

(I am no longer directly working with TIG so I'm unable to assist with site or technical questions. Please contact memberservices@takingitglobal.org if you require any assistance. Thanks!)

I have been involved with TakingITGlobal since July of 2002 when I was introduced by Patty Chilton. I currently attend Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia where I am pursuing a Business Management degree with a minor in International Development.

Starting at TIG in 2002, my role changed from volunteer to employee in the summer of 2003. My responsibilities have ranged from helping launch EarthYouth.net to management of the online community to bug testing the site. Although I am a full-time student in Halifax, I still work with TIG over the internet supporting the online community, testing the site, and moderating forums.

2007-2008 -- Web support and Privacy Officer.

2006 -- Project Coordinator for TIG MDG Canada campaign, Website Support for Youth Hub at XVI International AIDS Conference

2005 -- Project Coordinator for Canadian National Information Society Youth Campaign, Project Coordinator for Youth and ICT Awards

2004 -- Quality Assurance Manager, Online Content support, Part-time Office Assistant, Part-time Executive Assistant.

2003 -- Content coordinator, Office Admin support, general office support, Quality Assurance Manager, discussion board moderator.

2002 -- Media relations, launch support and assistant for Earthyouth.net, content review support.
