Toto is a Fine Arts graduate major in Painting. He works as a freelance video editor and shoots for documentary film too.

He's involvement with indigenous peoples in Mindanao started when he was in college.

As a student he started making protest posters, protest arts and helped organized rallies pickets.

Today, he's training indigenous peoples on how to use handicams as an important tool to advance their rights and to document human rights abuses committed by the government, trans-national corporation and landlords.

Toto also teaches basic internet applications and photography to the IPs.
