Short bio

Alaa M. A. Alassady , earned MSc in gas and oil exploration and production from Herriot - Watt University, Scotland-UK, and ISE Institute Superior de la energia – Madrid – Spain 2008-2009 .he had worked with REPSOL , ENI , BP , North oil company (2002-up date) he has an extensive background in the petroleum and energy field.
On 2011 The major positions held by Mr. Alassady was the general manager of EFCODB – IRAQ the 1st and the only Iraqi organization that dealing with oil and gas sector EFCODB now is widely known as a professional petroleum organization.
He is now As. Chief Engineer working in pipeline and oil movement dept. North Oil Company, Kirkuk- Iraq
Mr. Alassady had participate on the ( the role of the private sector in energy policy program for Iraq ) in the USA from 10-31 of May 2014 and he is very interesting to put some notice to be presented to the Iraqi ministry of oil about initiating new roles in Iraqi oil policy with the assistance of Iraq Energy Institute IEI.
He had many researches on pipelines, oil production, solar energy, heavy oil, HSE, Iraqi potential and sustainable development, Global warming and environment issues and he had participated as a speaker on 18 international conferences.
