i am Shyamala Mathavi CEO of JKT a Wldlife Expert and Tribal Development worker with GREEN CROSS INDIA- a Wildlife & Environmental NPO - other than my profession i believe that my Destiny is to alleviate the sufferings & safety Issues of Women, Adolescent girls & Children particularly Women of Rural india face worse threats in every dimensions (in home - work place / office - transport, schools)Culturally, societal & domestically but most of it never comes to light - the cause for the problem lies with women itself hence i started making them stronger physically through martial arts, self defense & safety programs & since 2005 above all i have introduced a "smart positive women" initiative that targets empowering, propagating& insisting, safe positive environment In and around women & girls and i do believe in my activism to provide a safe & positive Environment for the powerful Gender-
