Perspectives: Youth Creating Change
In 2012, TakingITGlobal engaged nearly 3,000 youth in 22 countries around the world in creating multimedia pieces about their communities, their issues, their hopes, and their demands. Each media piece presented in this set is unique and has a distinct youth voice. Some call for action, while others call attention to an issue. Some tell stories about a community, a person, or a moment in time. The youth have put their creativity and imagination to work to provide a unique insight into their aspirations, ideas, and talent. This year, we celebrate young people's positive achievements by presenting this years set, Perspectives: Youth Creating Change.
