misery loves company

well...with the war in iraq on every news channel,i came to a point where i had to "voice" my opinions about this war and the atrocities of war in general(for lebanon did have a civil war that lasted 15 years...lebanon was a good visual reference for my piece...)i depicted uncle sam(the american cultural army icon)drawing in the young men and women to sign up to get drafted into war...and into their deaths...the strained pair of hands (at the upper corner)are squeezing the blood and toil out of the paper bill...the piece of paper that people work and die for...the piece of paper that sadly makes the world go round...
