Missing Toilet

This photo was taken between classes at the Education Building on campus (College of Charleston). I happened to go in the handi-capped stall, which was originally two stalls, but one toilet was taken out to make room. This is the picture of that large stall to document how upping tuition 20% apparently does not go to maintenance of the buldings. The photo is of course, digitally altered to enhance the discolored tile and walls and the old drain.
