Building The Temple

Each of us is a Spiritual Temple that is purified and sanctified by self discipline. For some this would seem to be very limiting, but once one uses this discipline for right livelyhood, compassion, moderation of consumption, care for others as family members, then it becomes very freeing and expansive in feeling. The Temple is realigning yourself to your highest self/good.
