Small fish big ocean

I took this picture in the shallow reefs near my home in Petite Riviere de Nippes. This little fish is very small and should be left to grow. The fishermen don't have the means to go out in deeper water, so they have overfished the reefs. I am helping the fishermen develop ecotourism, so they can preserve, rather than destroy their marine environment.
