HIGH RISE? NICE!
It reminds me of the painting I have on my the site TBAM called Christmas on Lombard street. That is an actual street in San Francisco [The crooketest street in the world is what they call it} and people come from all over the world to see it. I have photographs of Lombard on Global 'Claritas Gallery' if you want to view.
I really want to visit this pace and look out from one of those windows.
