This is a detail shot of Tempest 2. I'm extremely interested in the meteorological analogies for emotions. The tempest series came to me when I was reflecting on my immigration experience. The hardship that I experienced, but also the tumultuous time my parents endured. However, in all of my memories that is a source of light, sometimes inexplicable and other times more clear. Someone in the the face of storms and hardship I was able to keep my sunlight.
