"Chicha de Jora" was and is a sacred beverage from Incas time. It's a liquor taken from fermented "Maiz". Incas used It for their religious rites to "Mother Earth" and like their principal beverage. Nowadays is commonly use in Andean communities and around the country for drinking, cooking and marinated different types of meat. I found this girl serving the "Chicha de Jora" into an Artisan Fair in Lima. I used a Canon 500N camera.
