The Coming Disaster

In the picture it seems like a girl is trying to protect herself from the water though it is sure that the water will engulf her. Bangladesh is one of the most vulnerable developing countries of the world because of its defenselessness to climate change and sensitivity. There are many causes of climate change in Bangladesh, and sea-level rise of Bay of Bengal is one of them. From this picture, we can imagine that the girl represents the whole population of Bangladesh. Because of sea level raising the water is increasing and creating the threat to submerge the low lying deltaic coastal area of Bangladesh. Every year flood visits in Bangladesh and many people lost their life because of inadequate protection from natural disaster.
