Calm and Peace

The calm within and around us is equally important. As we strive for peace, if we do not understand this concept as a working goal within our lives - then how can we not be hypocrites? There may be a time to fight, but it is rare and often we forget our surroundings. This is a photo of Jiang Jali, a Chinese model, who has a serene look of her, exposed to the beautiful world. The dove, a universal symbol of peace, is placed in a symbolic fasion. Her nudity is many things: it is beauty, gracefullness, it is defying war which makes people shield themselves. The black and white is a realization of polarity on this issues, through the grey represents the synthesis, which is relative.
