Nutritional Blur

They are suppose to guide our diet, our choice to keep things balanced, but does any one really understand them? Nutritional facts are always confusing, never in the same scales, never in the same order, never helpful. They make us buy blindly pretending to warn us. Wouldn't you like easier, faster, understanble conventions that we can actually read? Wouldn't it guide our choices better?
