Music is My Friend

'Poetry inspired by my feelings toward music. The following are the words described in the poem...

...I would like to introduce to you to a special friend of mine,

A friend like no other because it's one of a kind.

Our relationship soared from the moment I heard, the universal language appear as I struck my first chord.

Almost anything is possible when it is there by my side.

Allows me to express what I'm feeling, open-minded, no fear to hide.

I'm grateful for each moment each hour that became delayed, for the overtime that was given to us great memories were made.

Music is my friend.

It helps me to understand.

It inspires me to know and

teaches me to grow.

It's all I am,

It's all I've ever known.

Without my best friend, I could not have grown.' -VL
