No. This is really water picture, It is nice and it shows the relationship of water and humanbeing which (It give happiness to life), we need to maintaning it, because it very precious and some have been lacking it. It is natural.
perfect timeing.. and a very good shot.. but we shall compare .. this water.. and the poor childs which can`t even drink.. while this guy.. threw the more water with his hair !
