View artist portfolioThe entire world is full of corruption and bad messages to children, we live, somehow in a place where everythings about competition, everythings about stepping over the oponent, now, wheres love? I need some of that, it just lost its meaning... can we save all that, so that we can live in a better world?
I used a single blue ballpen to draw it.

Trying to live in a world which she feels lacks positive inspiration for children is a daily struggle for Jessica. A simple ink drawing describing her life, the messages within the image are clear and bold; her future is unknown and the life that she presently lives is a constant battle to survive in a world where competition is a must.
HI Jessica ,
I'm Vabi Benjamin, member TIG-Cameroon. Ur sketch is perfect and when I look at it I just think of all those power forces who claim they can bring peace to the world but i just wonde what type of peace they can offer with guns and measiles accompanying them. Hope a copy ofur sketch is sent to the United Nation for evaluation 'cos it's so meaningful.Keep up!
The way I see the image is with the tree being life and its roots being some of the different forms of struggle some people must indure during their lives. Nice depiction.
