Basata 1

Basata 1

"Basata" is a small resort on the Gulf of Aqaba, 20 Kms north of Nuweiba, and 30 Kms south of Taba (Sinai Peninsula).

The word "basata" in Arabic means "simplicity", as seen from the bamboo and palm leaves huts that characterize the small settlement.

The mountains appearing on the horizons belong to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
