We did not disseminate any Leishmaniases awareness/prevention posters although a few NGOs did have some. Due to poor communication between the military and NGOs we never asked for copies and most likely they never offered us any.

Leishmanieases is by far the common infection encourtered in Afghanistan, and I believe Afghanistan is the only place in the world where still people suffer from this and no sufficient awareness program has been run to prevent it.
this is human right to help with that kind of people
That looks so painful. It should go without question that anyone in the world should have the resources to help themselves if they have conditions like this.
