What a gift libraries are and this one is like a castle.
me and my bro went to the library a few months back.. apparently the books are torn, (even the recent ones) the upkeep is terrible and they have very less updating and what you call restoration from the inside. they dont even check the books when they are returned, because of which people dont care, they tear like pages and pages..... I dunno what can be done about this unless people get some sort of a civic common sense...
