In the mind of the artist
That’s where she exist
He hungers to see her smile
Even just for a while
He yearns to touch her hair
While she looks at him and stare
He craves to caress her lips
With his fingertips
He desires for emotions to flourish
And infatuation to nourish
His heart is burning with desire
His hands is drawing to inspire
Like a mermaid she disappeared
In his paintings she reappeared
