wow, it is hard to beleive this was taken in one of the richest countries in the middle east.
Is it the Emirates Palace you refered to in the caption?
i think yes there is some places look like this in uae but the ppl who are living thier are not native ppl . thats why and they r poor .. so that\'s life i guess?
