Matongo Maumbi
View artist portfolioSara, 65, gave me a very good life story of hers and how life was good some 40 years ago. I asked her what secret she had to her never-ending happiness?
"The secret I have is taking care of my body. From caring for my body I make sure that where I am it’s clean. I also eat good food. This is what I do so that I have many more years to live."

She's such a good grandma, she also said "Sometimes poverty means laziness, sometimes it means lacking something to help you develop. Poverty today has come in because we have just relied on maize and groundnuts. In the past people grew cassava as well as other crops."
