Sara, 65, gave me a very good life story of hers and how life was good some 40 years ago. I asked her what secret she had to her never-ending happiness?
"The secret I have is taking care of my body. From caring for my body I make sure that where I am it’s clean. I also eat good food. This is what I do so that I have many more years to live."
