Sergey is a then 8 year old boy born with cerebral palsy; he is very happy to have his grandmother as adopted mother - not the kind of "luck" many other kids with his condition will have, let alone in Russia.

i worlked with a cp boy once, i believe those with cerebrial palsy can do anything they put their mind to. and they usually do!
