this piece is a very deatiled mural in Berlin Germany im guessing.Although im not sure what the title means it is a very nice mural.
it means that the picture on the mural is a picture of Ljubljana. i was very surprised to see it in the middle of Berlin. it was actually a timetable of some of the cities in Europe amongst whome was Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia :)
