These giant rocks are actually 3 kilomteres away from the sea-shore and can only be accessed in the winter when there are layers of snow and ice on the sea.

That is so amazingly white! Aren't you afraid of being on the ice?
Not at all. It was easy wlaking on the ice. Sakhaliners can run on all that snow and ice..:)
Minnesota has people like that. Mostly American Indians. They love the cold for its beauty as well as for the thrill of adventure.
