Baron Emban's palace

Baron Emban is the one who designed Helipolis district and supervised the constructions...
Think when you design a beautiful district you should design a palace for you to live in it as well :-)
The palace now is considered a historical site.
The government paid attention to it again at last after long time of neglecting.
