Mona Lisa Aspiras

I am from the Philippines, born and raised in Rome, Italy for 17 years. I now reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I used to paint and draw, (watercolors and acrylics....I also love the human figure). My other subjects include landscapes and still life. I am mostly self-taught, but have a certificate from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma and have taken some Drawing, Watercolor and Visual Arts Foundation classes at the local community college here in Virginia. I am always looking to be inspired again, and want to try my hand at oil painting. My dream is to be prolific and inspired enough to have a solo show at a gallery one day. Exhibited in group shows in Rome, Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.
