Art. Perspective. Possibility.

clarita zarate

I sing in Spanish, Portuguese, and English solo and with my 17 year old daughter. I also sing in a Brazilian combo at the Berkeley Jazz School. I have released a crossover cd Spanish/English featuring my own compositions which won awards. The cd ia titled "Obsessions". I am married to Barry Finnerty, well known jazz musician, and we are a songwriting team. Together we released a cd called “Global Warming”. I am a writer, artist and musician who sees all people as one and the arts as as an expression of the spiritual Dna we all come here with and share. I believe that the greatest dream we have is shared humanity.
I am interested in connecting with artists on a global level and working for humanitarian causes that help create new ways of inspiring hope and raising the consciousness of people. Together we can regain our true heritage as 'one family'.
